- Design and development implementation — we hand off structured, annotated copy; building it into your site or ESP is your team's or a specified partner's job, unless separately scoped.
- Photography, video production or illustration — we write scripts and briefs, not shoot or design assets.
- Paid tools your team already runs (ESP, testing platform, analytics) — we write for what you have, we don't add new software costs.
- Rush delivery — turnaround times listed on each package are standard; a shorter timeline is quoted separately if genuinely possible.
Pricing questions
Are these prices final, or does scope always creep?
They're the price for the scope stated on the package. If your situation needs more — a fourth stakeholder interview, a fifth page — we quote the difference before doing the work, never after.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — 50% to book the kickoff slot, 50% on delivery of the first draft. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, via the checkout on this site. Bank transfer is available for Flagship and Custom/Enterprise engagements — ask on the strategy call.
Can I combine packages from different services?
Yes — add each to the cart separately; the checkout totals them together. For a bundled discount on 3+ services, book a call instead.
Is VAT included in the price shown?
No — prices are shown ex-VAT (HT), with the VAT-inclusive (TTC) figure alongside. 20% French VAT is added at checkout for French buyers and EU buyers without a valid VAT ID; a valid intra-EU VAT ID issued outside France triggers reverse charge instead.
