Withdrawal & Refunds
This is an English-language courtesy translation. The French version of this page (Droit de rétractation) is legally authoritative for French and EU consumer-protection purposes.
This page applies to consumers within the meaning of the preliminary article of the French Consumer Code. Business clients (natural or legal persons acting for purposes within their commercial, industrial, craft, liberal or agricultural activity) have no statutory right of withdrawal; for them, only our commercial cancellation policy further down this page applies.
Right of withdrawal
Under Art. L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or bear any cost beyond those set out in Art. L. 221-23 to L. 221-25 of the French Consumer Code.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify your decision to:
Profit Maker Copywriting SAS 13 Rue Pasteur, 94200 Ivry-sur-Seine, France Email: support@profitmakercopywriting.com
by an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, though it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send your communication about exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; this reimbursement will never carry any fee for you.
If you asked for performance to begin during the withdrawal period, you owe us an amount proportionate to what was supplied to you up to when you told us of your decision to withdraw, compared with the full scope of services provided for in the contract.
Exception — early loss of the right of withdrawal for a fully performed service (Art. L. 221-25 of the French Consumer Code)
Your right of withdrawal ends early once we have fully performed the service, provided performance began only after your prior, express agreement, and you acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once we had fully performed the contract.
Here is how we obtain that agreement: if you choose a kickoff date within the 14-day withdrawal period at checkout, you confirm this via a separate, unticked checkbox reading: “I expressly request that you begin performance of the service during the 14-day withdrawal period. I am aware that I lose my right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.” Without this confirmation, we do not begin performance before the 14-day period has expired. Where we begin partial performance with your agreement, your right of withdrawal remains in place until performance is complete, subject to the proportionate compensation described above for the part already performed.

Our commercial cancellation and rescheduling policy
This is our contractual cancellation and rescheduling policy. It applies in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal above and does not limit it in any way — where the two conflict, statutory consumer rights prevail. For business clients, this policy is the only contractual basis for cancellation or rescheduling, since they have no statutory right of withdrawal.
- A booked strategy call or an agreed project start date can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
- Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of the booked time incurs a fee of 50% of the relevant package price.
